Dawn Brooks

This series of prints were developed using automatic drawing as a means of expressing ideas from the subconscious.

The resulting drawings are a starting point for the printing plate which is created as a painter might use a canvas, in the sense that the construction of the image is process led, instinctively reacting to marks as they are made.
