My recent work is concerned with geometric abstraction and exploring the pictorial arrangements of painting by combining traditional methods of painting and drawing with digital solutions and techniques of construction in order to create  paintings that combine formal qualities of  colour, line, shape,  along with perceived architectural environments  within the structural frameworks of the canvas or the wall. My paintings are inspired by the landscape of my close environment. My aim is to explore the many different ways of expressing the moods and feelings that the landscape evokes by capturing the spatial atmospheric qualities in the shifting movements of light colour and shape.
