‘Still Here: Queer Quilts In The Making’ brings together examples of radical queer textiles from artists, collectives and community groups from across the UK. The exhibition serves as a current snapshot of artists, groups, collectives, and movements that are paving the way for the future of queer craft. Artists include Andi Walker, The Scarborough Queer Quilt, The Queer Youth Art Collective, tiegan handley, Florian Hynam, and E L West.
You are warmly invited to the joint exhibition opening of ‘Still Here: Queer Quilts In The Making‘ and ‘Fancy Goods‘ on Friday 5th September 2025 from 5-7 PM.
This exhibition is supported by Arts Council England, the National Heritage Lottery Trust, in partnership with Scarborough Museums and Galleries.
