Slurpable Syrup workshop With Ricky Stewart

Mixologist Ricky Stewart joins us to show us how we can use our crops to make delicious syrups!

When: Sunday 10th Sept 2023

Times: 1pm-3pm

Where: The Confrence Room, Woodend Gallery, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.

To celebrate the opening of our upcoming exhibition ‘Grounded’, we’ve invited mixologist Ricky Stewart to come and show us tips and ticks on how to make some delicious syrups!

We will be using fantastic home grown fruits, leaves & herbs with citrus peel & soft fruits to make syrups delicious for slurping. Once the syrups are made we mix & shake them up to make a unique non alcoholic cocktail.

Tickets available at varying prices HERE

Have a look below to see how much fun we had last year making our own syrups and mocktails!
